Senior Director, Field Reimbursement Lead

Develop access and reimbursement educational materials to ensure both colleague and customer knowledge about product-specific access and reimbursement dynamics. Collaborates seamlessly with Patient Services leaders to facilitate exceptional access experience for HCPs and patients. Ensures compliance with all corporate and industry policies in collaboration with Alnylam Legal, Regulatory and Compliance. BS/BA degree required. MBA or other advance degree/relevant certifications preferred. 15+ years of commercial experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry. 10+ years of field experience in Reimbursement, Payer Relations/Account Management required. 5+ years management experience of Field Reimbursement teams. Experience and proven success in working with and interacting with HCPs, KOLs, Health Systems, and alternate sites of care. Experience in developing access and reimbursement educational materials. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Valid driver's license. Ability to travel 50-70% as necessary.
