  • Manager Responsibilities: Manage, coach, and further develop the direct report, fostering professional growth and excellence.
  • Valuation and Financial Analysis: Oversee and lead complex financial and valuation analysis relating to M&A projects, providing thought leadership across economic scenarios/analysis in a clear and concise manner to executive leaders.
  •  Due Diligence Management: Coordinate internal and external resources to conduct detailed diligence across functional areas, ensuring all findings are appropriately considered and reflected in project analysis.
  • Structuring & Negotiations: Engage legal, tax, and accounting teams to proactively consider transaction structuring scenarios. Assess pros and cons to achieve the most effective solution. Lead or assist in negotiations of live transactions across various workstreams, communicating qualitative and quantitative risk/reward trade-offs.
