Senior Director of Aquatics

The Senior Director of Aquatics plays an integral leadership role within Greater Valley YMCA; a leading nonprofit organization committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. The Senior Director of Aquatics oversees the staff recruitment and retention practices, staff training and service delivery, scheduling, programming, business development, culture and safety of all aquatics programs and initiatives across branches.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in a related field or equivalent.

Minimum three years experience in aquatics leadership experience; will make an exception for leadership within health & wellness for a highly skilled candidate.

Minimum age of 21 years old.

Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community.
