We are seeking an accomplished Senior Director of Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers to drive the design, development, and delivery of Data Privacy & Governance technologies and products.
• Develop and implement engineering strategies to meet business objectives and product goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of engineering initiatives.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in software development processes and practices.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies related to Data Privacy & Governance and artificial intelligence.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to support the growth and scalability of the engineering organization.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 12 years of senior-level technical leadership experience in Data Privacy & Governance.
• Hands-on experience in platform software development.
• Excellent expertise in contemporary technical software development tools, programming languages, testing tools, and software development processes.
• Solid understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, principles, and technologies.
• Proven track record of success in designing, building, and shipping complex technical products.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
