We are looking for a Senior Director of Finance to manage and lead a company's financial/accounting, functions. Your duties include establishing targets, performing financial analysis and refining processes as necessary. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with outstanding interpersonal and leadership abilities. Your ultimate goal will be to guide the company towards profitability and success. salary: $225,000 - $250,000 per year

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
Responsibilities
Spearhead strategic finance initiatives, providing critical analysis and insight to guide long-term business planning and investment decisions.
● Develop comprehensive financial models to support decision-making related to new business opportunities, capital investments, and growth strategies.
● Collaborate closely with senior leadership to identify financial opportunities and risks, and formulate actionable strategies. ● Lead the financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
● Analyze competitive dynamics, market trends, and internal performance metrics to recommend financial strategies and improvements
. ● Prepare and present detailed financial reports and projections to stakeholders, including the senior management team and potential investors
. ● Mentor and develop finance team members, building a culture of high performance and continuous professional growth
