Seeking a

Senior Director of Project Execution
Our client, a leading solar construction company, who is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Director of EPC to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and extensive experience in initiating, creating, and executing C+I projects.

The Senior Director of Project Execution is tasked with guiding the team overseeing the development and construction stages of these projects.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of project execution from conception through completion
Develop detailed project plans including timelines, budgets, resource allocation etc.
Manage multiple teams across various departments ensuring seamless communication
and collaboration throughout the entire process
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards as well as internal policies
Qualifications & Skills Required:
Director Level Experience

- Minimum 10 years' proven track record in successfully delivering end-to-end engineering procurement construction (EPC) solutions at director level or above.
Solar Industry Expertise

- In-depth knowledge about SOLAR technology trends; Ability to monitor industry changes/developments while keeping up with emerging technologies that enhance business performance.
Construction Management

- Strong background in overseeing complex commercial scale building structures such as warehouses or factories; Familiarity working on site locations where quality control measures are critical due to safety regulations.
Leadership Acumen

- Proven ability directing multi-disciplinary technical staffs engaged on complex design/build assignments using sound judgment coupled with excellent problem-solving abilities
Communication Skills

- Excellent written/oral communications capabilities required along with outstanding presentation/public speaking competencies necessary when interacting senior executives from clients/suppliers/business partners/outside agencies
