The Senior Director of Reporting and Analytics will shape the future of data-driven strategy within RIT’s Division of University Advancement. This visionary leader will oversee the design, development, and maintenance of all analytical and reporting processes—empowering teams across the division with actionable insights through Salesforce CRMA, Lightning Reports, Power BI, and other advanced tools.
A collaborative partner and thought leader, the Senior Director will work closely with staff and leadership to transform complex data into clarity—enhancing decision-making, uncovering opportunities, and driving meaningful outcomes. By staying at the forefront of fundraising analytics trends and engaging in benchmarking with peer institutions, this role will champion innovation and best practices that elevate RIT’s advancement efforts and strengthen its impact on the university community.
