We are looking for an experienced Senior Director of Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in the Data Privacy & Governance market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
• Provide guidance and support to the sales team to ensure effective execution of sales plans.
• Monitor sales performance and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with overall business goals.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of senior leadership experience in Data Privacy & Governance.
• At least 3 years of experience in a team leadership position.
• Proven track record of success in achieving sales KPIs in early-stage and growth-mode companies.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively lead and motivate a sales team.
• Hands-on approach with a focus on results and performance.
