The fast growing Construction Team has a "customer-first" mindset and collaborates across the business to ensure Hover is bringing innovation to a segment of the market that is ripe for technology disruption. You’ll be joining a team of Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to support new and expanded partnerships across the segment.
You will contribute by
Owning revenue generation & strategy for the enterprise sales team and leveraging data to influence strategy and tactics
Partnering with key cross-functional partners (sales, marketing, operations, product, analytics) to execute against Hover’s business objectives
Interacting with Business Development on the implementation of new and existing strategic partnerships to ensure successful onboarding and outcomes for the sales team
Leading or participating in cross-functional projects within Hover and identifying new ways our platform can differentiate with our partners and customers in the market
Your background includes
10+ years of experience in sales, operations, or customer success, preferably within the B2B software start-up space and across both AE and AM sales motions
5+ years of management experience including performance management, career development, and growing teams
Fluency in using CRM systems, sales automation tools, and performance analytics to inform decisions
Ability to communicate clearly and distill complexity into action
A proven track record of scaling sales teams, building repeatable systems, and exceeding ambitious revenue targets.
Deep expertise in systems, processes and automation, with a knack for turning strategy into execution.
Success building senior-level and cross functional relationships, especially with Product, quickly and effectively
Interest in increasing customer satisfaction and empathy for your partners and customers
Growth mind-set; flexible and adaptive. A love for innovation and a bias for action.
Ability to agree on strategic goals with cross-functional teams and align efforts to achieve them
Champion the customer: Partner with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Data teams to ensure the sales process is aligned with customer success at every touchpoint.
Scale smart: Leverage automation, modern sales tech stacks, and AI-driven tools to streamline processes, optimize performance, and increase conversion.
Fuel innovation: Drive cross-functional go-to-market strategies, especially around new product launches and expansion into emerging markets.

Hybrid roles at Hover
Hover has Hubs in San Francisco and New York City, where we expect that all employees living within a 50-mile radius of our offices will come into their local Hover office at least three times a week to build rapport and foster organic connection. At this time, Hover is not considering fully remote roles.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $204,000 - $252,000 with an OTE of $408,000 - $504,000 annually. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all applicable US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
