Currently, we are looking for a

Senior Director - Oracle EPM Consulting Services

to lead our Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Consulting Services team. As a pivotal figure within our organization, you will drive the strategic direction, delivery excellence, and client satisfaction of our Oracle EPM practice. This role demands a seasoned leader with a proven track record in managing large teams, cultivating client relationships, and delivering high-impact EPM solutions for our diverse client base.

This is a full-time position that can sit anywhere in the United States.

What You'll Do:

Leadership and Team Management:
Provide visionary leadership to a team of EPM consultants, solution architects, and project managers.
Foster a culture of innovation, excellence, and collaboration within the consulting team.
Set clear objectives, performance expectations, and development plans for direct reports.
Mentor and coach team members to enhance their technical skills, consulting capabilities, and client engagement acumen.

Client Engagement and Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, understanding their business challenges and strategic objectives.
Lead pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations, proposal development, and client presentations.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our services.
Collaborate with sales and account management teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling EPM services.

Project Delivery and Execution:
Oversee the end-to-end delivery of Oracle EPM consulting engagements, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and quality standards.
Drive project planning, resource allocation, and risk management efforts to achieve successful project outcomes.
Act as an escalation point for project issues and conflicts, providing guidance and resolution strategies as needed.
Monitor project financials, resource utilization, and profitability to optimize project performance and margins.

Solution Development and Innovation:
Lead the development and enhancement of Oracle EPM solutions and methodologies to meet evolving client needs and industry trends.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies, best practices, and market trends in EPM and financial management.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to leverage expertise and resources for solution innovation and differentiation.

Practice Development and Thought Leadership:
Drive the strategic direction and growth of the Oracle EPM consulting practice, including service offerings, go-to-market strategies, and talent development initiatives.
Engage in thought leadership activities such as publishing articles, speaking at conferences, and participating in industry forums.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the practice, leveraging feedback, metrics, and industry benchmarks to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in Oracle EPM consulting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a consulting firm.
Previous experience leading global teams of at least 20 persons within the HR hierarchy.
Extensive experience managing large-scale EPM implementations, including Planning and Budgeting, Financial Consolidation, and Profitability and Cost Management.
Experience with Oracle SaaS financials implementations with an emphasis on functional accounting principles
Strong understanding of consulting methodologies, project management practices, and delivery frameworks (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Proven track record of building and leading high-performing consulting teams, driving business growth, and achieving revenue targets.
Excellent client-facing skills, with the ability to build trusted advisor relationships and navigate complex stakeholder environments.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire both internal teams and external clients.
