Senior Director Program Management

Meet is partnering with partnered with a rapidly growing biopharma that is seeking a Director or Senior Director, Program Management to join the team and support their late-stage pipeline. This hire will report to the Vice President, Program Management and will be heavily responsible for developing development and portfolio strategies and deliverables, along with strong cross-functional team collaboration.

Responsibilities:
Oversee all program management activities, including planning, decision making, metrics reporting, and global risk management
Oversee ongoing development and maintenance of integrated cross-functional Program plans to enable accurate financial and portfolio analysis and planning
Oversee ongoing development and maintenance of integrated cross-functional Program plans, including Target Product Profiles, to enable accurate financial and portfolio analysis and planning
Effectively manage team meetings by ensuring that objectives are clearly defined, capturing and disseminating meeting outcomes, information, and action items, and following up on critical actions with teams
Effectively manage multiple Programs and responsibilities concurrently

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required (scientific or healthcare discipline preferred). Advanced degree preferred
10+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech industry programs, or program management experience with a strong knowledge of cross-functional drug development, including global regulatory authority guidelines
Late stage/NDA development experience
Rare disease experience preferred
NDA or BLA submission experience
