As a Senior Educator at Goodstart, you'll take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. You'll collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.

About Goodstart Rutherford

• Key Educator Approach: Educators build strong, secure attachments by working closely with a small group of children, promoting consistent relationships and supporting individual development. Goodstart Rutherford is a 75-place centre.


• Safe and Supportive Environment: Goodstart Early Learning Rutheford is located close to Rutherford Public School.


• Individualized Curriculum: The centre follows the Early Year Learning Framework and uses platforms like Storypark to tailor programs to each child's needs, interests, and strengths.

You’ll need:

• Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)


• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards


• Current NSW Working with Children Check
