A fast growing and exciting Hi-Tech Engineering Company located in Oakland, California (USA) is now hiring a brand-new Senior Electrical Engineer to join the team and business to be working on cutting edge technologies across Robotics, UAV’s, UGV’s & Space.

Salary on offer:
The annual salary on offer for the successful Senior Electrical Engineer is $120,000 - $200,000 per annum.

Summary of the Electrical Engineering Role:
The successful Senior Electrical Engineer will be responsible for the design & development of Electronics Hardware Design & Embedded Systems Development across the full product design lifecycle that powers intellectual Robotic UAS Systems functioning in real-world environments.

Senior Electrical Engineer Key Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Equivalent
Minimum of 3-12+ years of industry experience
Experienced in the full product design lifecycle
Electronics Circuit Design (analogue & digital)
PCB Design & Schematic Capture
Experience using Altium Designer or similar
Embedded C, C++, Python – Bonus
Experience of MCU’s – STM32, ARM Cortex, NXP, Nordic, Microchip, TI
Network interfaces – SPI, I2C, USB, UART, RS232/485, CANBus, DDR, PCIe, MIPI
Practical skills - Prototype (circuit) design, testing, troubleshooting, debugging electronics
Ability to use test equipment – Oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analysers
Industry experience – Robotics, Autonomous Systems, UAV’s, UGV’s - Bonus
