Senior Electrical Engineer (25% travel)

• Lead and carry out electrical design tasks for a range of projects, including new construction, renovations, and rehabilitation work.
  


• Plan, schedule, and manage technical activities from initial concept through to completion, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with project timelines.
  


• Supervise and mentor junior team members, including Engineers-in-Training (EIT) and drafters.
  


• Prepare comprehensive technical reports outlining project activities, findings, and recommendations.
  


• Engage with clients to understand and address their needs, concerns, and specific project requirements.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in electrical engineering, including electrical design, automation, and controls.
  


• Valid P.E. license in Arkansas (or ability to obtain in additional states).
  


• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (ABET-accredited).
  


• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  


• Experience with CAD and 3D modeling software (AutoCAD, Inventor, SolidWorks, Revit) preferred.
  


• Exceptional communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
