As the electrical engineering representative of the design team this position is an on-site role to facilitate a 5-year project to design and construct a manufacturing facility outside of Cincinnati, OH. This requires a dedicated, experienced engineer who can work with an ever-changing facility to achieve both short term goals as well as assist in executing their master plan.

Your Job Responsibilities:

• Be the technical lead for the electrical engineering and design of various facilities.
• Create power design for complex electrical systems.
• Possess proficiency in the development of electrical one-lines, specifications, calculations, studies, and software-based systems analysis.
• Have a strong understanding of building systems and inter-discipline coordination.
• Be comfortable leading, mentoring, and delegating portions of design work to project engineers, designers, and BIM/CAD staff.

Your Requirements and Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited four-year college or university.
• Registration as a Professional Engineer.
• Experience designing of electrical power systems, power monitoring, lighting, and lighting controls systems.
• Must be available to travel occasionally.
• Requires the ability to pass background checks, security screenings or drug testing as required by our clients and/or Federal contracts.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Salary range of $110,000 - $160,000+ and will be based on several factors including experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant.
