At PIC we're not just building data centers; we're reimagining how AI infrastructure gets developed, financed, and scaled by combining hyperscale-grade facilities with direct access to energy, land, and fiber at a scope that simply doesn't exist anywhere else. Backed by a best-in-class supply chain, world-class partners, and advanced partnerships with major hyperscale customers, PIC is poised to become a multi-billion dollar platform with ambitions to layer cloud, compute, and advanced manufacturing on top of our energy foundation.
If you want to work at the intersection of AI, energy, and infrastructure at a scale that will shape the next decade of compute, join our team.
This is a high-impact, owner-side field leadership role at the forefront of hyperscale data center construction. You will be the driving force behind the delivery of critical electrical infrastructure, from utility interconnect through final distribution, on one of the most demanding and fast-moving project types in the industry. Every day brings new coordination challenges across electrical and mechanical trades, tight commissioning windows, and complex sequencing that only experienced field leaders can navigate.
As Senior Electrical Project Manager and Field Delivery Lead, you'll operate at the center of it all working directly with GC field leadership, driving trade coordination, and ensuring every phase of electrical construction is executed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
Oversee the full scope of electrical systems delivery, from utility interconnect and medium-voltage switchgear through low-voltage distribution, UPS systems, busway, and PDUs
Lead day-to-day field coordination of electrical and mechanical construction activities, ensuring proper sequencing and conflict-free installation across all trades
Manage the installation, inspection, and quality assurance of switchgear, MV/LV distribution, UPS, busway, and power distribution units
Drive energization planning and commissioning readiness activities, partnering with commissioning agents and operations teams to ensure seamless handoffs
Review and approve submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings, ensuring compliance with design specifications and project standards
Monitor installation quality in the field, proactively identifying and resolving issues to prevent rework and schedule impacts
Work directly with GC field leadership and trade foremen to maintain schedule adherence and keep construction momentum
Enforce rigorous safety standards on-site and promote a culture of accountability across all trade partners
10+ years of progressive electrical construction experience with a strong track record of field leadership on large-scale projects
Direct experience on data center or mission-critical facility projects is required
Deep knowledge of electrical distribution systems including MV/LV switchgear, transformers, UPS, busway, and PDU configurations
Demonstrated ability to lead field teams, manage trade coordination, and solve problems in real time under schedule pressure
Hands-on experience supporting commissioning, energization, and startup activities on complex electrical systems
Must be familiar with BIM practices, P6 scheduling, project management tools like Procore or ACC, and CX Alloy
Experience working on the owner's side of hyperscale data center construction
Familiarity with commissioning management platforms and construction scheduling software
OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety credentials
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
