Summary:
The Senior Electronic Banking Specialist is responsible for providing a full range of professional, technical, and general support to customers and Bank personnel; perform customer setups; maintain customer files; respond to telephone and e-mail inquiries; monitor product usage and system operation; resolve problems within given authority As a lead member of the bank’s operations team, is expected to be a leader in promoting high morale, in exhibiting positive attitudes toward customers and with fellow employees, instilling a sense of team spirit, and support company initiatives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities includes the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1. Maintain the bank’s Internet Banking Systems (includes but not limited to, Treasury Management, Bill Pay, POP Money, e-Statements, Merchant Capture, Mobile Deposit, Notifi Detect and Online Banking).
2. Process qualifying accounts, file maintenance, password resets, monitor online wire requests, monitor ACH origination, and general account inquires for both internal and external customers.
3. Processes all ACH operations including documentation and compliance of all ACH activities, such as: assists with the development and implementation of ACH origination controls and procedures; daily operations of ACH receiving origination, file release, reversals, deletions, balancing and returns; setup of clients in Access Manager; and daily monitoring of the ACH exposure limits.
4. Researches, troubleshoots, and answers technical support questions for both internal/external customers with internet banking/treasury management
5. Assists Treasury Management Officers with preparing treasury management documents.

6. Provide customer support to Treasury Management customers.
7. Processes merchant (including tracking) and mobile capture deposits.
8. Manages the Checkfree system and provides support to internal and external customers.
9. Provides Support for Voice Access system. Responsible for adding/deleting accounts, password resets, and general account inquiry.
10. Assist with the oversite and administrative functions of the Credit Card program with guidance from the SVP/Mortgage Division Manager and Chief Credit Officer. Provide customer service support.
11. Assist with the oversite of wire activity. Initiate or verify incoming and outgoing wire transfers and make appropriate entries on accounts according to policy.
12. Assist Deposit Operations Manager with Core system parameters and security maintenance.
13. Assist Electronic Banking Manager with maintaining procedures for all Electronic Banking functions.
14. Adheres to all State and Federal Banking Regulations.

Education and/or Experience
Prefer a Bachelor's degree (B. S.) from four-year College or university in business or related field. Minimum of five years banking experience in backroom operations with experience interpreting and implementing regulations and developing contracts. Accredited ACH Professional certification desired, or obtained within two years of assuming the role.
Language Skills
Ability to read, analyzes, and interprets general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions and percentages.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have a strong knowledge of PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Must be proficient in web-based applications and researching items on the web. Prefer knowledge of Fiserv systems.
