Position Overview:
Join a dynamic team as a Senior EIM Operations Analyst, responsible for managing control area interchange, transmission service requests, and Western Energy Imbalance Market operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete comprehensive EIM Operations Analyst training program
• Manage transmission interchange functions including e-tags and checkout processes
• Administer OASIS and handle transmission service requests
• Maintain situational awareness and communication with Balancing Authority
• Support Energy Imbalance Market operations
• Monitor system performance and provide operational insights

Requirements:

• Associate degree or equivalent trade school certification
• Previous electric operations experience preferred
• Ability to obtain and maintain NERC certification (RC or BIT level)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Computer proficiency
