CTC has grown to become a national leader in Theatre for Young Audiences. We serve nearly 250,000 young people and families throughout North and South Carolina and are dedicated to creating vibrant and engaging theatre experiences, both on the stage and in the classroom.

Join us in creating a lasting legacy of engagement, connection, and community through the power of theatre. Children's Theatre of Charlotte is seeking an entrepreneurial, relationship-driven professional to lead an exciting one-year initiative focused on engaging older adults in the life of our organization.
We are looking for a self-starter who loves building from the ground up—someone who can identify opportunities, cultivate partnerships, create systems, and develop strategies that will continue to thrive long after the position concludes. Over the course of one season, you will help Children's Theatre of Charlotte establish a sustainable framework for engaging adults age 55+ as audience members, volunteers, advocates, and community ambassadors. Your work will create lasting connections between older adults and one of the nation's leading theatres for young audiences.
