Senior Engineer (SENG[KGP1])

The Senior Engineer shall provide advanced engineering expertise in support of research, development, system integration, and technical execution activities across the program portfolio. The Senior Engineer will integrate new capabilities, define gaps and requirements; develop specifications, technical documentation, and roadmaps; and coordinate engineering activities through design, integration, test, and fielding phases. The Senior Engineer shall analyze manufacturer proposals; conduct trade studies and technical reviews; and provide risk management insight. The Senior Engineer shall collaborate with Government personnel, contractor teams, and subject-matter experts to ensure effective technical execution and alignment with program objectives.

•  Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• At least 10 years of engineering experience in the relevant discipline (e.g., MBSE, Software Engineering, Avionics, Communications/Datalinks, EW)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe products; experience with MBSE tools (e.g., CAMEO, IBM Rhapsody) where applicable
•  strong communication skills 
• Experience in dynamic, schedule-constrained environments
