Your Role:

Overview:

Ubiquity is on the hunt for a driven and determined Senior Enterprise Account Executive to join our Growth team. You'll play a pivotal role in securing new business and propelling our streak of outstanding achievements. Working under the Chief Marketing & Growth Officer, your mission will be to align sales strategies with the Growth Team's objectives, spearheading business development to boost revenue. Your expertise will transform potential leads into enduring clients, foster select account relationships, and leverage client and partner referrals.

The Ideal Candidate:

As we expand our sales team, we're seeking outstanding individuals who bring to the table a proven sales record, a zest for closing significant deals, and a vision for revolutionizing client operational efficiency through exceptional customer experience (CX). This role is perfect for those ready to contribute to our growth, comfortable with the complexity of outsourcing solutions, and equipped with the resilience and personal touch needed to succeed.

Responsibilities:

- Drive new business across various industries and regions.

- Surpass sales targets and maintain detailed records in HubSpot.

- Collaborate with Marketing to boost Ubiquity's visibility and reputation.

- Master our services suite to craft compelling proposals and client solutions.

- Develop and maintain profitable and sustainable relationships.

- Address prospective client concerns to ensure an efficient sales process.

- Efficiently manage a prospecting funnel and pipeline.

- Attend and present at external and internal events to foster business growth.

- Keep abreast of market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years in sales/support in professional services, consulting, BPO, or SaaS, ideally in Financial Services, Healthcare, or Customer Experience.

- A consistent record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.

- Proven prospecting skills and experience driving business independently.

- Confident presenter to a range of audiences.

- Exceptional oral, written, and presentation abilities.

- Strong listening, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

- Proficient in solution-selling techniques.

- Experience with HubSpot CRM and/or 6sense ABM software.

- Organized, detail-oriented, with robust follow-up skills.
