Senior ERP Tech Lead - JD Edwards

This is a hybrid position that requires 3 days per week in our Philadelphia office. 

 Comoto is seeking a highly skilled and versatile Senior ERP Tech Lead to lead and evolve our JD Edwards (JDE) ecosystem — including JDE EnterpriseOne, RFSmart, Pyramid, Parcel, ScanMan, and other key integrations. 

This is a strategic and hands-on role for a senior technologist who thrives on solving complex business challenges through scalable, integrated ERP architecture. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, and IT to optimize our ERP backbone and drive end-to-end value for our multi-brand retail environment.

Our Next Senior ERP Tech Lead – JD Edwards Will:

• Architect, design, and implement JDE projects across the JDE ecosystem: JDE EnterpriseOne, RFSmart, Pyramid, Parcel, ScanMan, and more. The ability to translate business needs into scalable ERP solutions is the key.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives that align business goals with reliable technical solutions, leveraging the full ERP stack.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership in design, configuration, development, deployment, and support of ERP enhancements.
• Act as the technical owner and trusted advisor for ERP tools, with a focus on orchestration, automation, and real-time data flows.
• Partner with business teams to gather requirements and define solutions, bridging functional and technical disciplines.
• Manage system upgrades, patches, and third-party integrations with minimal disruption and high reliability. Focus is on ensuring system stability for our Warehouse and Financial/AP implementations
• Champion best practices in system documentation, governance, and lifecycle management.
• Periodic travel to FC locations (LAS, NJ, LOU) once a quarter

Our Next Senior ERP Tech Lead – JD Edwards Has:

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, with strong functional and technical depth.
• Proven experience implementing and supporting ERP ecosystem solutions in warehouse, inventory, finance and fulfillment workflows.
• Hands-on experience with JDE Orchestrator, User Defined Objects (UDOs), and low-code/no-code tools like KRISE
• Strong understanding of JDE data models, BSFNs, UBEs, and integration points with external platforms. Focus is on the ability to troubleshoot problems across the various integration points in and out of JDE, including scale issues and user experience problems reported by the end users
• Proven success in leadership, team management, and  enhancing complex JDE implementations for Enterprise Customers
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with Pyramid, Parcel, ScanMan, or similar JDE ecosystem tools.
• Experience supporting CNC and database operations in a JDE environment.
• Background in retail, distribution, or eCommerce operations.
• Experience with middleware platforms or cloud integration strategies.
