About the Company:

The company was founded 35 years ago and continues to grow today as a respected Construction Management/Design Build Company. The project portfolio includes commercial, educational, hospitality, healthcare, retail, and many others.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptual Estimating – start with the drawings and take all the way through


• Develop preliminary cost estimates


• Review design plans, scopes for constructability, value engineering, etc.

Requirements:

• BA/BS Construction related degree preferred


• 10+ years minimum – hands-on commercial project estimating


• Knowledge (GMP) proposal handling


• Proven experience with pre-construction CM contracts (client & designer meetings)
