About the Role:
We are seeking an Estimator to lead cost estimating and heavy bidding for large-scale renewable EPC projects. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in HeavyBid or Procore, and Excel, and is skilled in managing multi-year design and construction projects.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of estimating experience on Engineering/Construction, required.
• Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) highly desired! 
• Proficiency in Excel and in estimating software such as Procore or HeavyBid, required.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel up to 30% domestically for site visits, required. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed estimates for labor, equipment, and subcontractor scopes.
• Lead bid process for solar, wind, and battery energy storage projects.
• Track project costs, contracts, and documentation using Procore.
• Analyze and maintain cost databases, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineers and project teams to improve processes.
