Senior Event Producer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Event Producer who is fully bilingual in French and English to lead high-profile experiential productions and support the commercial development of the agency in the U.S. market. You’ll lead projects from pitch to production and also help us build new client relationships in sectors where live experience plays a central role—particularly in sports, tech, and lifestyle.

Key responsibilities

Event Leadership 

• Own the full project lifecycle—from brief and concept to execution and wrap-up.
• Ensure flawless delivery, with attention to timeline, budget, compliance, and client satisfaction.

Commercial development

• Actively contribute to the agency’s business growth by identifying opportunities, responding to RFPs, and nurturing long-term client relationships.
• Represent WMH Project in client meetings, industry events, and prospecting efforts with a consultative, strategic approach.

Financial oversight

• Build, track, and optimize large-scale budgets, ensuring profitability and transparency.
• Lead contracting, permitting, and vendor negotiations with rigor and fairness.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

• Serve as the main point of contact for bilingual (French/English) clients, vendors, and partners.
• Select and oversee vendors in areas such as A/V, staging, fabrication, guest management, and security.

Required Qualifications

• Language: Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
• Experience: 8+ years of experience producing large-scale experiential events. Background in sports activations is a strong plus.
• Business Development: Ability to pitch, propose, and help win new business; proven comfort engaging with senior clients.
• Integrated Mindset: Experience contributing to or managing 360° campaigns that combine live, digital, PR, and content.
• Technical Fluency: Confident managing event production tech (lighting, staging, A/V, etc.)
• Availability: Willing to travel (~20%) and adapt schedule around key events.
• Work Authorization: Authorized to work in the U.S.
