  • Execute coordination efforts between the Executive Director, Technical Division leads, Senior Executive Service (SES), military staff and defense industry partners to ensure alignment on SSP mission objectives.

  • Oversee executive office operations, including calendar management, complex scheduling, travel coordination, and logistical planning of high-profile meetings, briefings, and offsites.

  • Draft, review and edit highly sensitive executive correspondence, action items, meeting minutes, formal memorandums, and command-wide briefings to ensure technical accuracy and compliance with military protocols.

  • Track and facilitate the timely closure of action items, managing internal database workflows to guarantee that deliverable for leadership is complete.

  • Facilitate communication and maintain robust professional relationships across the command, helping to synthesize reporting materials, program updates, and strategic documentation.

What You Bring to the Table

  • A bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.

  • 15+ years of experience in executive level office management, programmatic development, and administrative excellence within a DOD or military command environment.

  • An active DoD Secret clearance, or a previously active clearance held within the past two years and still in good standing.

  • Skills: Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), exceptional organizational acumen, and superior verbal and written communication skills for SES and flag officer.

  • Travel: Ability to travel up to 25%

At JRC we offer...
