Manage extremely active calendar for CHRO including scheduling internal and external meetings, and maintain strong collaboration with administrative peers to proactively address conflicts in scheduling. Provide secondary support for SVP, Total Rewards & HR Technology. Responsible for leading the coordination of the HRLT, Global HR meetings, and Global HR offsite in partnership with the Chief of Staff. Will assist in the coordination of other events as needed. Arrange travel, including air, hotel & transportation as well as occasional work-related events, large meetings. Coordinate meetings for the People, Culture and Compensation committee meetings and assist in preparation of committee materials. Manage and prioritize internal and external communications including: emails, arrangement of conference calls and Zoom meetings, preparation of agendas and other communication materials for internal and external use. Appropriately and discreetly manage information of a highly confidential and critical nature. Provide additional support as needed for broader Human Resources department including travel, calendaring, scheduling ad-hoc meetings and coordinating guests Act as integral member of Company's Executive Assistant team: participate in team meetings, initiatives and cooperate on coverage. College degree preferred with a minimum of 10+ years related experience required. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills required with keen attention to accuracy and grammar. Expert knowledge of MS Office applications including MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word required. Prior work experience in a life sciences company and/or HR team is desirable. Additional skills needed for this role include: Detail-oriented Strong organizational skills A proven team player and self-starter with strong follow-through Able to exercise good judgment and remain solution-oriented across a variety of situations. Able to operate under tight deadlines with changing priorities in a rapidly growing company
