o Prior experience supporting $50 million business
o Ability to apply knowledge & analytical skills to enhance operational and strategic business decisions
o Must have working knowledge of labor & work in progress accounting practices that include “cost to complete” accounting/revenue recognition
o Must have a strong team orientation
o Experience with contract and purchase order terms and conditions
o Ability to effectively communicate financial concepts to non-financial individuals.
o Ability to travel to branch offices
