We have an amazing opportunity for a Senior Executive Compensation Program Manager who will collaborate with senior leaders to drive the design, administration, governance, and communication of our executive compensation programs. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, comfortable with ambiguity, very attentive to details, a master at stakeholder management, and have a good amount of curiosity to aid in creative problem solving. We’re a highly analytical team and we’re looking for someone who will thrive in our fast paced and collaborative culture as a key member of the compensation team.
Your Impact
Drafting Compensation Committee materials in partnership with key stakeholders across the People, Legal and Finance teams and external consultants
Contributing to the creation and review of Proxy materials including the CD&A, and other company disclosures
Conducting executive compensation analyses to ensure internal equity, external competitiveness, and alignment to the company’s compensation philosophy
Assisting in the analysis and administration of both executive and company-wide bonus and long-term incentive programs
Researching and identifying market trends and best practices
Administering company executive compensation programs, including maintaining equity and executive compensation structures in Workday, completing executive salary surveys, and in particular administering all aspects of the Deferred Compensation Plan for US-based executives including enrollment through disbursement
Your Experience
Experience in compensation, finance, or a related analytical field, including benchmarking studies/competitive analysis and modeling
3-5 years of experience in executive compensation preferred
The ability to interpret data with exceptional attention to detail
Demonstrated analytical skills including the ability to create and maintain complex spreadsheets and use data visualization expertise to summarize themes and recommendations for senior leadership
Able to manage a variety of projects and to effectively handle short notice assignments
Strong project management skills with exceptional stakeholder management, and a high degree of personal accountability
Ability to learn quickly and think independently with curiosity
Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast paced, demanding environment across multiple time zones
Knowledge of financial statements is beneficial

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between$146,500/yr to $236,950/yr.
