MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES

  Responsibilities:

• To manage and monitor of renovation/asset enhancement works with coordination and follow up with all parties concerned
• To conduct diagnostic and feasibility studies on retail properties
• To handle tendering and appointment of consultants, designers, architects, contractors, service providers, etc.
• To supervise performance of site progress through regular meetings, on-site inspection etc. to review quality of workmanship and comply with specifications.
• To work within capital expenditure budgets and within time deadlines
• Handle ad-hoc assignments as requested.

• Degree in Building Surveying / Building Studies or related disciplines; member of HKIS / RICS or equivalent accredited organization is preferred but not required
• Minimum 4 years relevant experience in renovation / A&A and fitting out works with retail mall experience
• Familiar with statutory submission requirements and procedures
• Good in project management, consultants’ coordination, construction supervision, contract administration and communication skills
• Team player with a high level of responsibility & commitment
• Good command of written & spoken English & Chinese
• Strong computer skills including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
