Job Description - Senior Executive Specialist

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Executive Specialist, as part of the Technology Business Management and Strategy team.

This role will cover jobs responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support to management teams or product areas or senior executives. The Administrative and Executive Assistant focus specializes in providing administrative and secretarial support for a department or group of individuals or senior executives. Responsibilities may include meeting coordination, supplies and equipment ordering, assistant coordination, payroll for staff eligible for overtime, overtime reports, handling calls and preparing correspondence, establishing and implementing office procedures, and acting as an information source on company policies.

In this role, you will:

  • Perform various complex and confidential administrative tasks for executives
  • Identify opportunities for improving or implementing processes and tools within executive business management functional group
  • Review moderately complex escalated customer issues or initiatives that require planning, evaluation, and interpretation directed to executives
  • Independently resolve work and provide day to day work leadership and mentorship to team
  • Lead team on implementation of new or revised processes and procedures and customer satisfaction that require coordination among various teams
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and more experienced managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Interact with shareholders, regulatory agents, media, and internal and external customers
  • Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Executive Administration experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, LiveMeeting, Teams, and SharePoint) skills
  • Ability to manage changing travel itineraries, accurately manage expense reimbursement, manage a busy calendar and appointments, including multiple calendars at one time
  • Experience reviewing and preparing expense reports for leaders
  • Knowledge and understanding of intricate domestic and international travel planning; commercial aircraft and lodging
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, with board members and senior executive-level leaders
  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
  • Serves as an extension of senior leadership adapting to a culture of partnership, teamwork, results-orientation, and professionalism
  • Ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Ability to handle confidential material in a professional manner
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
  • Experience working with other internal Executive Admins in a large enterprise environment
  • Experience supporting external and internal facing partners such as regulators, board members and OC level individuals

Job Expectations:

  • Position offers a hybrid work schedule
  • Ability to travel up to 5% of the time
  • Flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment, including weekends and holidays
  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship

    Pay Range
     

    Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

    $57.69 - $94.23
