Skills: R2R, Month end closing activities, General Ledger Mangement, Good Communication.
Shift Time: 3.30 PM - 12.30 AM
Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end Record to Report process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial reporting.
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
Prepare and analyse financial statements in compliance with GAAP and company policies.
Generate various financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Record journal entries and ensure proper documentation and approvals.
Investigate and correct discrepancies in financial records.
Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
Collaborate with international subsidiaries to ensure accurate reporting.
Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal controls.
Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the Record to Report function.
Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
