Senior Facilities Engineer

BS Degree in Engineering (mechanical, electrical or similar) 5+ years of engineering experience Working knowledge of EPA and DEM regulations Must have preventative maintenance experience Experience with building management systems controls (i.e. air, water, gas, boiler, etc.) Ability to respond to facility operational issues that arise outside of regular work hours Ability to respond and manage critical situations in a timely manner, including after hours when necessary Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, MS Project etc.) Project Management (PMP) or Facilities Management (FMP or CFM) certification Working knowledge of air pollution control and sterilization equipment experience Experience working in the medical device, pharmaceutical or similar GMP environment Working knowledge of AutoCAD Must be organized and results-oriented; ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize competing tasks Ability to communicate effectively with individuals on all levels (written and verbally) Customer service-oriented with high sense of urgency and ability to work well under pressure; flexible Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills; analytical and process-driven Strong interpersonal skills with ability to develop and maintain relationships
