Your Role:

As a Senior Failure Analysis Engineer, you'll play a critical role in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and optimizing power electronics performance. You'll collaborate with global teams, engage directly with customers, and ensure industry-leading reliability and product excellence.

What You'll Do:

• Analyze and troubleshoot AC/DC switching power supply modules using advanced technology
• Perform in-depth fault isolation and defect analysis to pinpoint root causes in power ICs
• Prepare and deliver detailed technical reports tailored for global customers
• Engage directly with customers, including on-site visits, to resolve quality concerns
• Support teams across China and Taiwan, ensuring global customer satisfaction
• Communicate findings effectively, both verbally and in writing, with precision and clarity

What You Bring:

• Proven expertise in failure analysis for power semiconductors, analog/mixed-signal ICs
• Hands-on knowledge of switch-mode power supply applications
• Fluent communication skills in English and Mandarin both spoken and written
• Experience working directly with customers to resolve product quality issues
• Ability to interpret complex schematics and layouts at the system and chip levels
• Bonus: Experience in automotive failure analysis or customer-facing quality assurance

Your Background:

Bachelors' degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with 5+ years of experience

Masters' degree preferred (MSEE) with 3+ years hands-on experience
