Senior Failure Analysis Engineer

Support manufacturing by troubleshooting product failures in both manufacturing and customer sites. Support introduction of new product, process or material by analysis of assemblies. Operate a variety of lab equipment to complete analysis. Assist in assessment and management of 3rd party services. Establish and document standard assessment practices. Evaluate and purchase equipment to upgrade or meet new requirements. Manage lab equipment maintenance and calibration. Manage control consumable materials. Bachelor's Degree with 3 to 5 years of related experience is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered. Minimum of 3 years of experience in electronics troubleshooting failure analysis, rework or repair is preferred. Experience within a regulated industry is a plus. Hands-on experience in failure analysis of PCBAs, boards, or systems. Experience collaborating with cross-functional engineering and manufacturing teams to drive corrective actions.
