  • Serve as the primary liaison with law enforcement agencies, city departments, utility companies, and contractors

  • Continuously improve field operations using insights from deployment data, on-site feedback, and post-install reviews

  • Oversee and coordinate third-party vendor installations, including electrical, permitting, and infrastructure teams

  • Lead full Outpost deployments from planning and validation to go-live and success tracking

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Permitting, Planning, and Field Ops teams to maintain alignment and schedule accuracy

  • Uphold a culture of quality, safety, and respect, ensuring Axon values are reflected in every interaction

  • Use digital tools (Zoom, Outlook, Slack, Quip, Smartsheet, Salesforce) to communicate and track project progress

  • Interpret electrical blueprints, wiring schematics, and mounting diagrams to validate safe and compliant deployments

  • Proven success leading multi-site, high-impact technical deployments with measurable results

  • Strong working knowledge of hardware systems, networking fundamentals, and site infrastructure prep

  • Deep familiarity with low- and high-voltage power systems (110VAC/12VDC), mechanical installation practices, and field safety standards

  • Demonstrated ability to manage third-party vendors, work with government permitting agencies, and maintain compliance in regulated environments

  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills; confident working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials

  • Must have a valid drivers license
