About Our Client
My client is an industry leader within the Custom Manufacturing & Construction space with a specialization in commercial HVAC systems. Directly supporting the Director of FP&A, with visibility to the CFO, they're looking to bring on a Senior Financial Analyst due to an immense period of growth. This position will serve as a true Senior Financial Analyst and help support the Budgeting, Forecasting, and Variance Analysis process for the North American business function. Previous experience working in Oracle/Hyperion/Essbase is a requirement for this role.

My client has tripled their revenue in the last 5 years and is looking to add to their Accounting & Finance team to support the new business! This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Financial Analyst to gain exposure to owning Financial Forecasting/Budgeting processes and will offer immense room for internal growth across the business.
Job Description
Senior Financial Analyst Responsibilities:
Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, collaborating with department heads and senior management to develop accurate and comprehensive financial plans.
Perform variance analysis to identify key drivers of financial performance and provide insights to support decision-making.
Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate business initiatives, assess risk, and drive strategic planning.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key trends, variances, and actionable insights.
Support the development and implementation of financial systems and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Assist in ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as required by senior management.

The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a manufacturing or construction environment.
Proficiency in Oracle, Hyperion, or Essbase is required.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate findings effectively to non-finance stakeholders.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across functions and levels of the organization.
