Senior Financial Analyst

RP Pro Services is seeking Senior Financial Analysts.

Duties:

• Apply extensive experience and seasoned judgement with a broad knowledge and understanding of business systems, elements of good management, financial organization and management, and the economic climate for small businesses and earning potential of the business enterprise world
• Analyze complex loan applications and related financial documents, considering such factors as assets, liabilities, capital, business projections, income flow, prospective earnings, repayment ability, collateral values, and lien positions to determine the merit of the loan request
• Work independently to determine what data is needed in order to analyze and evaluate requests
• Determine the eligibility of the applicant and eligibility of the 504 & 7(a) project and project cost, in addition to other SBA products and projects
• Establish the terms and conditions of the loan based on an assessment of the applicant’s business model, financial condition, and other prudent credit factors.
• Maintain timely entries in all appropriate required Agency-approved systems to ensure integrity of the data

• 9+ years with commercial lending/analysis experience.

• Experience in applying extensive knowledge of business systems, financial organization, elements of good management for the analysis of financial statements and earnings potential for a wide diversity of business enterprises.
• Experience in independently analyzing commercial loan application, including skill with of a wide variety of collateral, business types, loan programs, and general economic conditions in relation to an obligor’s present and future financial condition.
• Ability to apply knowledge of the Agency’s purpose, regulations, policies, procedures, and practices which govern the various loan processing programs.
• Ability to apply knowledge of financial and credit factors related to business and commercial loans, including business practices and financial structures.
• Ability to communicate effectively to diplomatically with SBA staff and leaders

Salary Range: $115,000 - $125,000

The salary range for this role considers a wide range of factors, including, but not limited to, skill sets, equity, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
