We are looking for a highly analytical and business-savvy Senior Financial Analyst to join our dynamic Finance team.
Job Summary
As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in financial planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making across the Services organization. You will partner with cross-functional teams to provide insights that drive revenue growth, improve operational efficiency, and support key business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
· Serve as a strategic business partner to department leaders, helping them understand financial implications of their initiatives and providing actionable recommendations.
· Lead the development of monthly and quarterly financial forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans.
· Participate in cross-functional planning meetings and provide financial insights to support decision-making.
· Translate complex financial data into clear, concise insights for non-financial stakeholders.
· Develop dashboards and KPIs to track financial and operational performance.
· Prepare detailed monthly and quarterly financial reports and present findings to senior leadership.
· Identify opportunities for cost optimization and operational improvements across departments.
· Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to support strategic decisions.
· Continuously improve FP&A processes, tools, and systems.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
· 2+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, preferably within a SaaS or tech company.
· Strong understanding of SaaS metrics and business models.
· Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with financial planning software (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, or similar) is a plus.
· Proficiency with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
· Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
