JOB PURPOSE:
Develop and provide structured, scalable, repeatable solutions for reporting financial status and forecasting for programs and grants for Program offices and assist in providing robust data transparency and translation between Accounting Group and Programs.
Qualifications
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administer Admin Cost Allocation methods and identify compliance issues.
Collaborate with Director of Management Accounting on establishing and refining methods of Cost Allocation.
Model and forecast impact of Admin Costs to Programs/Grants.
Assist in identifying risks/opportunities of grants/contracts for the recovery of Admin Costs.
Propose journal entries for cost allocation when required by grant/contract.
Perform periodic reporting duties in a timely and accurate manner.
Review and analyze Program financials to assess risks/opportunities.
Produce routine and periodic reports as required/requested.
Ensure proper document storage.
Assist Accounting Team management as needed.
Prepare and assist in annual audit and various monitoring reviews conducted by funders throughout the year.
Maintain confidentiality of all payroll/accounting information and comply with internal control policies.
Other duties as assigned in an evolving team focused on developing efficiency, transparency, and scalability in financial and accounting execution and performance.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree required, Business major preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
5-7 years program financial analysis experience; 3-5 years' experience with nonprofit accounting preferred, Sage Intacct experience a plus. 2-3 years in a customer service focused environment.
ATTENDANCE:
Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance at such level as is determined in the employer's sole discretion.
LICENSES:
Driver's License with clear record.
VEHICLE:
Must have daily use of a vehicle without prior notice.
OTHER:
Must be available and willing to travel to various locations and with such frequency as the business need dictates.
