Senior Financial Analyst

The Atlantic Group has partnered with a reputable management consulting company headquartered in Boston, MA that is looking for a talent Financial Analyst to join their team.

Experience with

Workday Adaptive

is a must.
Hybrid: 1 day a week in office

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain reporting systems within the Financial Management System to support both business and corporate teams.
Assist management in meeting business objectives and preparing executive communications and presentations as required.
Conduct comprehensive financial and strategic analysis to support the Senior Management Team and Department Heads.
Examine current and historical financial trends in all areas, including revenue, expenses, capital expenditures, and potential acquisitions.
Provide clear, consistent analysis on market trends, program performance, competitive landscape, market opportunities, and potential risks.
Collaborate with department heads to review and deliver monthly financial results, identify areas needing corrective action, and recommend cost-saving initiatives.
Contribute to the development of the annual financial plan and quarterly forecasting process, including template creation, data input, and presentation to the Executive team.
Enhance performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies and understand ROI.
Create financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives.
Mentor, advise, and train less-experienced financial analysis staff.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred; MBA preferred.
5+ years of experience in financial analysis and/or accounting.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and organize data.
Experience as a Workday Report Writer, skilled in building and maintaining complex reports in FMS.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to compose and present reports, findings, and presentations.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Knowledge of planning and forecasting using Adaptive Planning.
