Will work closely with other members of the finance team and various departments within the company to support decision making and drive business growth. Responsible for preparing regular financial reports and presentations for senior management, as well as providing support for audits and other financial projects.
Responsibilities:Developing and implementing financial plans and budgets to support the company's business operations.Analyzing financial data to identify trends and potential areas for improvement.Providing regular financial reports and presentations to senior management.Supporting the company's audit process and other financial projects.Working closely with other members of the finance team and other departments to support decision making and drive business growth.Proactively identify areas for performance or process improvement, recommending actions and positively contributing to the implementation of changes.
Requirements:Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting is requiredLife Insurance industry experience a MUST!Advanced Microsoft Excel. CPA and/or MBA preferred.5+ years of experience in financial analysis.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
