Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. \n\nThe Switchgear Modernization product line within Eaton\u2019s Engineering Service \u0026 Systems Division is seeking a Financial Coordinator. This team provides advanced solutions for customers aiming to upgrade their existing low voltage and medium voltage equipment, enhancing reliability and safety. The product line comprises four primary offerings\u2014Standard Products, Custom Solutions, Reconditioning Services, and InsulGard\u2014and operates from six key locations across the United States.\n\nResponsibilities: \nThe Senior Financial Coordinator plays an integral role in the ongoing success of the Switchgear Modernization product line. The incumbent will collaborate closely with stakeholders, including divisional finance teams, product line leaders, coordinators, and DOCs, to maintain accurate financial records across all activity centers.\n\n## What you\u2019ll do:\n\n \n\u2022 Prepare backlog liquidation files for each Switchgear Modernization product offering. \n\u2022 Partner with product line leaders to develop monthly sales forecasts and monitor trade and interunit sales performance. \n\u2022 Provide back-up support to product line coordinators as needed on invoicing, purchase order issuance, project scheduling, and backlog management activities. \n\u2022 Verify the application of correct product codes in DOC orders pertaining to Switchgear Modernization projects. \n\u2022 Create Order Entry, FRAME, and Eye-chart files for each product offering. \n\u2022 Calculate CONC and Flex Productivity metrics for the High 5 Dashboard. \n\u2022 Generate and analyze financial reports as required by Switchgear Modernization leadership. \n\u2022 Validate cost savings, E\u0026O inventory reviews, and post-close margin assessments. \n\u2022 Execute Oracle batch uploads for InsulGard (SSV) as necessary. \n\u2022 Assist in annual physical inventory counts, absorption forecasting and calculations, non-WIP inventory transactions, and OMS validation at all operating sites. \n\u2022 Liaise with Contracts to facilitate legal reviews when necessary.\n\n## Qualifications:\n\nBasic Qualifications: \n\u2022 Associate\u2019s degree from an accredited institution, or equivalent military experience in lieu of degree. \n\u2022 Minimum of five years\u2019 experience in cost accounting and general business practices. \n\u2022 Authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship, both currently and in the future. \n\u2022 No relocation assistance is available; only applicants residing within a 50-mile radius of the specified job location will be considered.
