Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Manager/FP&A - Positive Work Culture

Job Description:

The Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist will be responsible for the budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and internal reporting functions.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide analytical support for the month-end closing, forecasting, and budgeting processes across multiple divisions and plant locations

· Analyze variances at the division and plant levels vs. forecast, budget, and prior year; identify and understand drivers of volume, price, unit cost changes

· Lead and coordinate the budget and forecast processes across the multiple divisions and plant locations

· Lead periodic reviews and updates of budgeted hourly rates that are used to quote estimating process

· Ensure accuracy of data across multiple financial and operational systems; utilize this data to develop reporting that aids in decision-making and earnings / cash-flow improvements (e.g., working capital, productivity, customer analytics, etc.)

· Lead the collection, consolidation, and reporting of data requests across the various divisions and plant locations

· Provide value added analysis to senior management to improve profitability

Required Experience:

· BA in Accounting or Finance preferred, MBA/CPA preferred

· 5+ years of professional experience in accounting / operations finance, preferably in a manufacturing environment

· Strong financial analysis skills

· Ability to handle complex financial modeling across multiple projects, including ROI and DCR analysis

· Must be highly proficient and adept with financial systems and software; in particular, MS Office products (Excel, PowerPoint and Word). Tableau experience preferred, and experience with ERP systems is required (Pace experience highly preferred)

· Strong leadership, communication, and team building skills

· Ability to interact with and influence multiple levels of personnel across various functions
