You will compile, analyze, and report financial data, play a crucial role in implementing new accounting standards, and engage with external auditors to support annual audits and quarterly reviews. Our global, dynamic environment at Micron Technology offers career development opportunities through challenging assignments and job rotation.\n\nResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:\n\n * Lead the drafting and preparation of SEC financial filings, including Form 10-K, 10-Q, Proxy Statement, and other related filings.\n\n * Oversee the accounting for stock-based compensation, including stock options, RSUs, PRSUs (Performance Restricted Stock Units), ESPPs (Employee Stock Purchase Plan), and other share\u2011based arrangements.\n\n * Lead teams to collect SOX compliance data, prepare reports for SEC filings and earnings releases.\n\n * Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including legal, tax, FP\u0026A, and business leaders, to prepare footnote disclosures.\n\n * Prepare cash flow statements and journal entries for corporate accounting activities such as equity, portfolio investments, and annual goodwill assessments.\n\n * Ensure compliance with XBRL tagging and regulatory reporting requirements.\n\n\n\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration.\n\n * 5+ years of related work experience, including a mix of Big 4 public accounting, and high-tech experience in a multinational company.\n\n * Hands-on experience with filings of 10-K, 10-Q, Proxy, and other SEC filings associated with financial reporting.\n\n * Active CPA license required.\n\n * Strong dedication to meeting timelines in an evolving environment.\n\n\n\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\n * Experience with SAP, Workiva, and equity accounting systems is a plus.\n\n * Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC rules and regulations.\n\n * Experience in researching complex accounting issues and detailing accounting positions in technical memos.\n\n * Solution oriented for complex challenges: Analytical skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions.\n\n * Outstanding interpersonal, and communication skills, capable of collaborating, and influencing collaborators.\n\n\n\n\nIf you are a self-starter who has a passion for improvement of systems and processes, apply today!\n\nJob Profile(s):\n\nFinancial Reporting Analyst 4 - Financial Reporting Analyst 4\n\nRelocation Level: TBD\n\nBefore Getting Started \nPlease review Micron\u2019s Internal Job Application Policy on your regional PeopleNow Career Opportunities page before searching and applying for jobs.
