Senior Front End Deverloper

We are assisting an exciting client that is looking to bring on a Senior Front-End Developer.  Key to this role is someone who has a focus with  Web and Mobile Applications 

As a Senior Front-End Developer you will be:

• Planing, designing, developing and testing web and mobile applications for both consumer facing and internal facing applications.
  




• Collaborates with the back-end technical team to integrate the front-end component with back-end systems.
  




• Providing input on the design, development, and testing of applications.
  




• Collaborate with the team to identify improvements and upgrades that will reduce cost, improve stability, and increase performance.
  




• Responsible for engaging with both production support staff and remediation of chronic and/or critical production support issues.
  




• Providing input on high level assessments of development efforts.
  

Requirements

• 6 years experience building responsive web applications HTML5, CSS3, NodeJS and JavaScript.
  




• Working knowledge of JavaScript frameworks such as Angular 4, TypeJS/VueJS, jQuery.
  




• Knowledge with mobile development such as Xamarin, React Native and NativeScript, Iconic, PhoneGap/Cordova.
  




• Knowledge with web/mobile integration with analytics tools.
  




• Knowledge validating mobile apps for hosting on Play Store/App Store.
  




• Knowledge working on an Agile team, using a tracking tool such as Jira and Confluence.
  




• Familiar with version control (git), and knowledge of modern software development practices and tool belt.
  




• Mentoring Junior Developers through continuous code reviews.
  

Pluses 

• Experience of Oracle Cloud IaaS/PaaS.
  

• Experience of customizing, building and reporting using analytical tools such as google analytics.
  




• Understanding of Google Tag Manager.
  




• JavaScript testing frameworks and tools.
  




• Knowledge of RESTful API.
