Senior Full Stack Engineer

About the Role

Premier Global Links LLC is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join a high-growth B2B SaaS environment and take ownership of complex product initiatives from concept through production.

This is a hands-on, product-focused engineering role for an experienced full-stack developer who combines strong technical skills with business judgment and customer empathy. You will work closely with product leaders and customers to understand business needs, design solutions, and deliver high-quality software across the frontend and backend.

Key Responsibilities

• Own large-scale engineering projects from requirements and architecture through development, launch, and iteration.
• Build full-stack product features across UX, React, Next.js, Node.js, and SQL.
• Work directly with customers to understand requirements, demonstrate features, test workflows, and gather feedback.
• Translate customer and business needs into practical technical solutions.
• Partner with engineering and product leadership to break complex requirements into shippable features.
• Make architecture and technology decisions while balancing speed, quality, maintainability, and scalability.
• Develop reliable backend services and intuitive frontend experiences.
• Contribute across the full software development lifecycle as a hands-on individual contributor.
• Identify opportunities to improve product functionality, engineering processes, and customer experience.
• Mentor and support other engineers when appropriate.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in a highly autonomous environment.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong experience as a hands-on full-stack individual contributor.
• Professional experience building B2B SaaS products in startup environments.
• Strong frontend and backend development experience.
• Proficiency with React, Next.js, Node.js, and SQL.
• Experience owning projects across the complete software development lifecycle.
• Strong product sense and ability to connect technical decisions with business outcomes.
• Experience working directly with customers or business stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Ability to work independently and make sound technical decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work in the San Francisco office Tuesday through Thursday.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience mentoring or technically leading other engineers.
• Experience with AWS or GCP.
• Experience with serverless architectures.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working on complex B2B SaaS workflows or enterprise software.
• Strong understanding of product development and customer-driven engineering.

Compensation & Benefits

• $200,000–$240,000 annual salary

Work Environment

This is a hybrid position based in San Francisco, California, with an expected in-office schedule of Tuesday through Thursday. The role offers significant autonomy and requires an engineer who is comfortable taking ownership of projects and working directly with customers.
