We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Full Stack Python Developer to join our dynamic team in Falls Church, VA.

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Python Developer to join our team. In this role, you will work on building scalable, high-performance back-end systems and integrating them with front-end platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, AI/ML experts, and DevOps, to ensure the seamless execution of our product’s architecture and functionality.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both back-end development and front-end technologies, with the ability to take ownership of projects and contribute to the entire development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and maintenance of back-end services, APIs, and databases using Python and related frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI).
  




• Work on full-stack development by integrating front-end solutions with back-end systems.
  




• Collaborate closely with front-end developers to ensure seamless functionality across the platform.
  




• Design, implement, and optimize databases (SQL/NoSQL) for scalability and performance.
  




• Participate in the design and implementation of cloud-based solutions using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  




• Ensure code quality, security, and best practices through automated testing and code reviews.
  




• Actively contribute to the full software development lifecycle, from design to deployment and beyond.
  




• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack.
  




• Stay current with industry trends and continuously improve development processes and efficiency.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong focus on Python and related back-end frameworks (Django, Flask, etc.).
  




• Solid understanding of front-end technologies like JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
  




• Experience with RESTful API design and integration.
  




• Proficiency in working with both relational (SQL) and non-relational (NoSQL) databases.
  




• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  




• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  




• Experience with version control tools (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
  




• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
