About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our Lebanon Global Development Center (GDC). This role is central to our modernization and migration initiatives, balancing legacy system transitions with modern cloud-native development. We are looking for a mid-to-senior developer who is eager to learn, thrives on independent delivery, and adapts quickly to evolving requirements. The right candidate will be self-driven, versatile, and excited to take on both legacy challenges and modern infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support business critical applications in legacy environments (e.g., VB6, VB.NET) and explore modernization opportunities.
• Deliver independent, production-ready solutions with minimal oversight.
• Own modules end-to-end, including requirements analysis, implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with onshore teams (U.S.-based) with at least 5 hours Eastern Time overlap.
• Research and adopt new technologies as needed, demonstrating a fast-learning and proactive mindset.
• Participate in regular reviews, updates, and knowledge-sharing sessions with global peers.
• Adapt to rapidly evolving requirements and shifting project priorities.

• Strong development experience in VB6 and/or VB.NET (for legacy support and bugfixes).
• Solid experience with modern stacks (e.g., ASP.NET Core, .NET 6/8, or JavaScript frameworks such as React/Node.js).
• Strong SQL skills (MS-SQL required for Cott; PostgreSQL or AWS RDS experience is a plus).
• Exposure to or interest in cloud-native development; production AWS deployment experience is highly valued.
