Aspire Software is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Java/Spring Boot + React, ERP Project) to join our team in Lebanon.

About the Role

About the Role: We’re building a new ERP SaaS platform from the ground up. We’re looking for experienced full stack engineers to design and deliver end-to-end features across our backend (Java/Spring Boot, Postgres/Azure SQL) and frontend (React/JavaScript). You’ll play a key role in shaping architecture, mentoring other developers, and building a modern ERP solution for enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement full-stack features, from backend APIs to front-end UI in React
• Develop clean, scalable services in Java/Spring Boot
• Build reusable UI components and dashboards in React/JavaScript
• Integrate with relational databases (Postgres, Azure SQL, Oracle)
• Work with templating tools (Freemarker, Thymeleaf, or similar) for document/report generation
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and Agile workflows
• Mentor junior/mid-level engineers and guide best practices
• Troubleshoot performance issues across the stack

• 5+ years professional software development experience, with at least 2+ full-stack
• Strong Java and Spring Boot expertise

• Solid React/JavaScript experience, including component-based development
• Relational database knowledge (Postgres, SQL Server, or Oracle)
• Familiarity with Git/Bitbucket, Jira, and Linux environments
• Containerization experience (Cloud Foundry, Docker, or Kubernetes)
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS or GCP also considered).

Good to Have

• Experience with reporting/dashboard tools (JasperReports, Metabase, Power BI)
